Argonaftis Tours began its operation in 1995 as an exclusive excursion company. Over the past 8 years it has grown to become one of the leading excursion operators in Cyprus. Our reputation is based on the high quality of our daily excursion programme and the excellent service we provide Island-wide.

A dynamic and enthusiastic team work behind the scenes and every year their aim is to improve and expand the current programme. We offer a variety of sightseeing tours, entertaining excursions, boat trips, jeep safaris, special interest activities and extra events about art and culture.

In 1998 we came up with the idea of creating the Argonaftis Donkey Farm which is located in a unique natural environment, 25 km East of Paphos in the Xeros river valley, one of the most untouched and tranquil parts of the island. The beautiful landscape, the variety of classified plants and wild life and the authentic sounds of nature in this area, makes it the perfect setting for nature lovers. We provide shelter & Veterinary care for 72 Donkeys now. Come and visit our friendly donkeys with the "Village Culture - Donkey riding" excursion.

Our aim is focused not only on the satisfaction we give to our guests but also to the healthy breeding and comfort of our Donkeys which means the excitement and joy of many new births!

This enables us to give our clients the chance to travel through mountain villages unchanged over the years, maintaining the true spirit of Cyprus. To see the donkeys in their own environment, to enjoy a quiet ride through the countryside onto a 13th century monastery, to taste homemade specialties, wine and zivania, to dance, have fun and capture the original village culture.The whole ambience is exceptional and is a unique alternative for a day & night out in the middle of nowhere... in Cyprus.
